**About Us**

At Disrupt Experience, our purpose is to create innovative customer experiences, integrating the physical and digital journeys.

We are a small but fast-growing successful start-up (now in our 7th year) servicing a range of ASX Top 100 clients.

With the imminent launch of several new products and recent expansion into the US market, this is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant to join our team.

We offer a flexible hybrid-working environment with our office a 5-minute walk from Central Station.

You will support the delivery of projects of varying size and complexity through:

- Lead the collection and analysis of data to formulate and recommend solutions to clients to solve a variety of business problems
- Create customer journey and process maps
- Lead the engagement of stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and surveys
- Develop detailed business plans, strategies, and recommendations for clients
- Confidently communicate and present to various stakeholders (including clients, and other project team members)
- Grow, inspire, and mentor other junior consultants within the team

**About You**
- You have an analytical mindset and can analyse complex data sets to identify trends.
- You are a good problem solver who enjoys coming up with unconventional solutions.
- You are a strong communicator who conveys concepts and ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- You are organised with ability to plan and manage competing tasks and priorities

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline

2-3 years as a consultant or similar role

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)
