About the Role:
As a Lead Appian Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the successful implementation of Appian-based solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic consulting skills, and leadership abilities to ensure that projects are delivered with excellence and align with our clients' business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance, designing solutions, and mentoring teams while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design: Lead the design of Appian applications by understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into scalable and efficient solutions.
Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and roadmaps to maximize the value of Appian investments.
Leadership: Mentor junior developers and consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices.
Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of end-to-end Appian implementations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, to delight customers and ensure our commitment to high quality outcomes.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and value-driven insights.
Innovation: Stay abreast of new Appian features and industry trends, incorporating them into solutions to enhance client outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to align solutions with client objectives.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a technical proficiency.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, business analytics, or consulting, including at least 2 years in a lead or client-facing role.
Consulting Skills: Proven ability to work with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations effectively.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams in technical environments.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions. Preferred Experience
Appian Expertise: Proficiency in Appian architecture, process modeling, integration, and design patterns.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with databases, APIs, technical documentation, or integrating with third-party systems.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Methodology: Background in Agile development methodologies.
