About this opportunity

As the Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will ensure day to day business activities are conducted safely and in alignment with the Aware Risk Management & Compliance Framework. Specifically, this role has a particular focus on risk and compliance activities that support and add value to the business teams enabling them to deliver member services safely and compliantly. In addition you will be responsible for:
Operational risk and regulatory obligation identification, impact assessment and change within the Technology & Operations Division;
Engaging and managing stakeholders to implement and improve business systems and processes through the use/integration of risk and compliance tools, systems and frameworks;

**Risk profiling**: assisting to identify key risks and design of indicators an input these into Divisional Risk reporting forums.

How do you exceed our expectations?

You will have risk and compliance experience (Line 1) within the Financial services industry, ideally within technology, superannuation or audit. You will be a fast learner who is self-directed and can adapt quickly to new environments and be someone who works well with a high degree of autonomy. In addition you will have:
Experience with Risk Frameworks such as ISO 31000 (desired) or Cyber Governance;
Technology risk management certifications (desired);
Excellent written and oral communication skills, evidenced by an ability to simply explain complex matters; and
Basic understanding of process design and mapping.
