Job Responsibilities.

- Facilitate and support risk management and compliance activities across the business.
- Provide guidance to ensure compliance outcomes are achieved and regulatory expectations are met.
- Conduct compliance assessments and monitoring activities.
- Perform breach assessments, including live production incident reviews and escalation where required.
- Identify, assess, and elevate compliance issues to management as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Business Analysts, Business Owners, Insurance SMEs, and Technology teams.
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders to promote a proactive risk and compliance culture.
