About the Role

Duties of the role would include:

- Experienced, energetic/warm administration staff
- Support our existing admin team to manage client bookings, answering our busy phones, financial handling, including NDIS invoicing
- Correspondence with other professionals as required (Paediatricians, Doctors, teachers, other therapists, work colleagues)
- Working with families and carers to best accommodate the needs of their child and scheduling
- Navigating NDIS funds and supporting families to understand the NDIS process for paying fees
- Be included in our weekly team meetings to learn from all of our professionals, and gain first-hand knowledge of the amazing work that they do
- Receive mentoring and advice from our amazing existing admin team

What you will need to succeed in the role
- ACT Working With Children Check
- Experience in Xero and Microsoft Office

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
