**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited**:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Efficiently booking patient appointments
- Processing payments, Medicare and DVA claims
- End of day banking reconciliations
- Data entry
- Managing inventory for medical supplies, stationery and housekeeping
- Complete administration duties as requested by medical practitioners and practice manager
- Sending patient correspondence
- General administration duties as requested

**Essential Skills and experience include**:

- Previous medical reception experience is essential
- Knowledge of use Genie (medical software) is desirable and would be considered an advantage
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience processing Medicare, DVA claims
- Proficient with computer skills and programs - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills

Salary will be negotiable based on experience and skill set.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
