Opportunity to join I-MED Radiology in the ACT

Our busy clinics located in the ACT, are seeking a medical receptionist to join our team. The role is a part time, permanent position rotating throughout the 4 ACT clinics located in Woden, Deakin, Belconnen and Tuggeranong. The role is Monday to Wednesday working 7.6 hour shifts between the core hours of 7am-10pm, with optional weekend work.
**What will you be doing**:
- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

**Key selection criteria**:
- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
