Are you a driven and adaptable individual with a passion for helping others and a talent for sales? We’re looking for a **Casual Sales Manager** to join our growing team.

**About the Role**:
This isn’t your typical sales role. We're seeking someone who is not only great at finding new clients but also willing to learn the ins and outs of the NDIS/Aged Care business. As part of a small, hands-on team, you'll work across multiple departments - from client outreach and coordination to admin and service development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and build relationships with potential NDIS/My Aged Care clients and referral networks
- Assist in creating and executing sales strategies and campaigns
- Learn and support other parts of the business, including client onboarding, admin, and team coordination
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
- Provide feedback and insights to help grow the business

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, NDIS/My Aged Care, or community services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Flexible and open to working in various roles within the business
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
