As a receptionist you will be working with the doctors. Ours is small friendly and supportive practice. Your pay is based on your experience as a medical receptionist. Base pay is Super and medical, annual leave for less than 1 year experience as a medical receptionist.

Casual rate higher.

Responsibilities

You will be working at the front Desk .Meeting and greeting people. Answering the phone calls and emails. Booking appointments and check the patient in when they arrive and get the payments .Keeping the clinic clean and tidy . Following the patients for the results and the remainders and the general jobs that arises as they come.

There is a possibility to grow as practice manager with experience at our clinic.

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Medical admin: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
