This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with managerial experience to join a progressive and purpose-driven aged care provider to support our aged care homes across Tasmania, New South Wales and Victoria.

**The Position**:
The Roving Facility Manager will have the flexibility to travel to various locations, supporting our residential aged care homes as allocated. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for supporting Facility Managers with the day-to-day operational, personnel and associated matters at our aged care homes.

**Requirements**:
**What you can bring to the role**:

- Demonstrated managerial experience in the aged care sector.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Sound clinical and operational knowledge, experience, and contemporary practice.
- Highly developed leadership, communication and relationship management skills with the ability to relate to the elderly.
- A pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various facilities across VIC, NSW and TAS
