Our client is seeking a self-motivated and passionate individual with an experienced background in Aged Care, to oversee the clinical operations of their small 34-bed modern Aged Care facility - situated in the Eastern Beaches of Melbourne.

**Your duties will include**:

- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 34-bed Aged Care facility in Chelsea, South East Melbourne
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Service Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- **Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia**:

- Registered Nursing qualification
