Kip is Australia's favourite premium pet boarding and dog daycare provider. We're all about happy days and happy stays for four-legged friends, whether that's caring for a pooch at daycare while our customers are at work or looking after their pets over the holidays at one of our amazing resorts. The very first Kip opened its doors in 2018 and has since grown to 22 sites and over 300 team members Australia wide.

**The role**

Reporting to the managing directors, this position is responsible for delivering high quality and genuine care, driving sales and profit, and the management and support of on-site teams. You will have responsibility of multiple locations. It is expected you will be based in Victoria for this role.

**Your objectives will pertain to**:

- Driving sales growth and profitability
- Overall service quality and customer satisfaction
- Direct report engagement and turnover
- Working with new locations to build those businesses from scratch
- Helping on-site teams create and execute plans for talent development
- Coach and develop centre managers in creating a high-performance culture
- Develop site managers business acumen capability
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to attract and retain high calibre team members, continuously improve the level of care across our business and build the Kip reputation and brand

**About you**
- Experience managing multiple retail or pet services sites
- Animal experience (highly regarded)
- A passion for animals
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proven track record in building a talent pipeline across multiple sites
- A passion for people leadership, coaching and development
- Success in change management implementation across multiple sites
- Exceptional organisational ability
- Customer service obsession
- Outstanding people management and leadership
- Motivation and enthusiasm
- Sales focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in spearheading project work (highly regarded - training and development / process assessment)
- Ability to contribute to business strategy development and implementation across our network
- Ideally based in Melbourne and required to travel for work on a regular basis
