**The Program Officer key responsibilities are**:

- Create and formatting project and contracts in P2i
- Undertake program and project management work to analyse, improve, monitor and report on related service delivery.
- Liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistency of programs, services, and practices relevant to the business area and departmental priorities.
- Respond to enquiries and provide advice about programs, services and procedures relevant to the business area.
- Prepare a range of written materials including briefing notes, memorandums for approval, external correspondence, discussion papers and information papers relative to the programs and initiatives managed or delivered by the business area.
- Research, analyse and contribute to the development and coordination of programs and projects relating to NFBC and TCS services for child, family and community services.
- Support and contribute to the deliverables and responsibilities of the team as required and assist with the development of strategies that relate to the work of the business area.
