The Strategic Projects and Governance team leads the overarching coordination for innovation strategy development and program delivery. The team is also responsible for the initiation of strategic projects in response to emerging priorities.
**As the Program Officer you will**:
Provide program and administrative support for the Strategic Projects and Governance team including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, recording actions and distribution of all documentation within agreed timelines.
Undertake research and analysis, assist with the preparation of presentations and other communications material, support delivery of events and other project activities within the team.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of templates, tools and procedures to ensure effective and efficient processes are in place for the ongoing operations of the team.
Liaise with stakeholders including Queensland Government departments, industry and other stakeholders as required.
Coordinate and prepare briefing notes, documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
Other administration and project work as determined by the Director, Strategic Projects and Governance.
Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
You will contribute to a workplace culture based on values and behaviours which maintain a positive work environment that is safe, healthy, diverse, respectful and inclusive.
