**The Role**
This position is based in the Launch into Work Team. The team engages with employers and industry to support the employment of eligible individuals (job seekers in Workforce Australia, Parents Next, Transition to Work) through Launch into Work pre-employment projects.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Program Officer is responsible for:

- Contributing to the co-design of Launch into Work pre-employment projects with employers
- Preparing and contributing to the development of program and project documentation for a variety of audiences and purposes. (Documentation includes note taking at employer meetings, guidelines, briefings, discussion papers, procurement assessments, fact sheets, news items, web publications and contracts).
- Supporting contract management and program/project delivery
