**About the role**
This is an opportunity where you will take your entrepreneurial sales flare and be able to run with it. Much of your time will be spent in forward facing sales with clients and working autonomously of your team. You will liaise with an existing client base, negotiating on a larger wallet share of business in addition to identify new clients and opportunities in your market segment. This is a true 360-degree sales role, where you will hunt, create, negotiate and prepare proposals and tenders for from small to large technical sealing projects.

**Duties**
- Focus on opportunities in the process sectors of FMCG, Chemical and Pharmaceuticals
- Liaise and work with an existing customer base to increase the share of wallet
- Identify and develop market segment to further your industry footprint and brand recognition
- Develop strategies around satisfying your customer’s technical needs
- Negotiate and develop product acceptance for medium to large projects in the process industrial sectors
- Communicate all activities internally to enhance customer support and satisfaction

**Skills and Experience**
- You must have a technical understanding of sealing technology or relatable product knowledge
- Engineering Degree or a mechanical trade back ground with measured progression into sales is desirable
- Have a minimum of five years sales experience with measurable and tangible success
- Possess sound commercial acumen with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to map markets and segment industry sectors to developing strategies for measured growth
- An awareness & transferable knowledge into chemical, processing, manufacturing, agricultural, food and beverage industry would be highly advantageous
