Our client, a highly regarded team of holistic health specialists, has a fantastic opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join a busy practice.
You will deliver innovative administration services and oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the practice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Front desk reception
- Meet and greet patients
- Answer telephones
- Schedule patient appointments
- Prepare patient accounts
- Invoicing and receipting patients
- Scanning
- Liaising with hospital staff
- Managing office supplies
- Promoting the practice and implementing changes to improve processes
- Use of Genie software within a paperless environment
- Various other administrative tasks as required
To be successful for this position you will have previous experience in a medical setting. You will be focused on patient care, have superior written and verbal communication skills and exceptional organisational skills. You will have a professional manner, be able to multi task and have a keen eye for detail. You will have sound computer knowledge and a good understanding of running a busy practice.
