**About us**

**Your day to day**
Reporting to the Director of Guest Services, you'll contribute to the operations of the Front Office Department overnight and coordinate operational efficiencies to meet Hotel budget targets. You will be required to work on a seven day roster on a night shift basis.

The Night Auditor is required to ensure the accurate auditing and balancing of the hotels accounts You will be responsible for ensuring all guests feel welcome and comfortable whenever they have contact with the Front Office Department and will create a professional impression as an ambassador for the hotel at all times.

You will undertake the duties of Night GSA as and when required by the Night Manager help to oversee the overnight operation of the front desk, ensuring that the arrival and departure experience is smooth, efficient and in line with brand standards for all guests. You will respond to guest needs and resolve any issues that arise confidently and independently as well as supporting other colleagues with difficult and challenging guest interactions.

**What we need from you**
Ideally, you will have previous experience in accounting or finance or as a Guest Service Agent and are looking for your next challenge in your career. You will have excellent attention to detail, an affinity for numbers and the ability to balance a variety of priorities to ensure all are completed each night on shift. You'll have great communication skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy taking ownership for resolving guest issues on your shift. To deliver on all aspects of the role you will also need to hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, a current drivers licence and unlimited working rights in Australia.
