Relief Night Auditor (2 Shifts per Week)

Location: ibis Styles Kingsgate Hotel, Melbourne CBD

ibis Styles Kingsgate is seeking a Casual Relief Night Auditor to join our Front Office team for two overnight shifts per week (11pm - 7am).

This is an entry-level position, with the potential for additional shifts in the future.

About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the hotel's night operations, including guest services, security checks, and completing the daily financial audit. You will be the main point of contact for guests during the overnight period and ensure a smooth handover for the morning team.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Professional and well-presented
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • A confident communicator (both verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Comfortable working independently overnight
  • Friendly, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service

Key requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a busy environment is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Opera Cloud PMS is an advantage
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask
  • A positive attitude and initiative
  • Must be available to work overnight shifts (11 PM – 7 AM)

Training in OPERA CLOUD PMS and OPI Cloud will be provided on-site.
