SIRA Customer Service and Operations has a fantastic ongoing opportunity for an Assistant Customer Support Officer (Grade 3/4) in the Feedback and Complaints team.

We are looking for a team member who will complement the fantastic work culture in a team that prides itself on putting the wellbeing of our people and development of our talent first and providing great service to our customers.

If you have great communication skills, are good at problem solving and can easily learn and use new systems then this job is for you

The role provides support to our digital Compulsory Third Party (CTP) enquiries, feedback and complaints. It includes:

- Responding to online enquiries, feedback and complaints about the CTP scheme
- Records Management (using multiple systems such as Salesforce)
- Supporting the oversight of SIRA's Greenslip Price Check service to customers

Whilst CTP, workers compensation and/or home building knowledge is desirable, there is plenty of opportunity to learn on the job and expand skill sets for the right person, our team is very supportive and happy to share their knowledge and skills to help each other succeed.
