**About the Role**:
As a HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in recruitment and induction for the company
- HR Administration and support
- HRIS System (ELMO) Management
- Facilitating in the C.A.R.E program
- Assisting with coordinating and training and development for staff
- Supporting with onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Assisting the HR Manager with Client Consulting work (as needed)
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar HR generalist or HR administration role with a professional services environment
- Bachelor's qualification in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field
- Experience with Human Resource information software (HRIS) ELMO or similar
- High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite and great communication skills (verbal and written)
- A positive 'can do' attitude and a passion for working with people
