**Your opportunity**

Reporting to the Data, Systems and Compliance Manager, your role as **Learning Coordinator** will be responsible for the professional and efficient support of the national portfolio, specifically the Systems, Learning and Leadership teams. The focus of the role is to ensure the smooth delivery of all training provided by internal and external providers making sure that administrative functions relating to training are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency of processes to better manage workloads and administration within the and between teams.
- Maintain accurate and up to date learning data and attendance records.
- Organise bulk enrolments in the LMS.
- Generate training transcripts for employees.

**About you**
- Experience in a Learning & Development role.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Good level of numeracy and literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new IT systems.
- Experience using a Learning Management System.
- Previous experience in the disability sector.
