**Account Lead**
**BGIS **is experiencing strong company growth and requires an **Account Lead **to join our existing team.
**Role**:
You will also provide day-to-day support to the operations team, including developing, implementing, and ongoing management of initiatives and actions stipulated in the contract.
Some traveling will be required to all states at least once a month.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Corporate Contract savings glide path trajectory
- Coordinate the development of the annual budgets and monitor operational expenditures to ensure operations are within budgets
- Overall accountability for technically supporting the FM team to deliver accurate Reforecast financial reporting to the schedule set by the Client
- Building and Safety Inductions for all workers and visitors
- Monthly facility inspections (and routine FM inspection schedule)
- Manage the contract and service delivery per Contract KPI's & client expectations of your role.
- Prepare and provide monthly reports and information as required.
- Manage Client meetings, including the preparation of the meeting agenda and minutes.
- Regularly evaluate objectives and plans to ensure continual improvement and alignment with changing project and client priorities.
- Manage the Account Procurement function
- Drive Corporate Innovations and timely implementation
- Conduct Monthly Operational Site reviews with the Client
- Overall responsibility for ensuring statutory, legal and contractual compliance in respect of the Facilities Management service
- Manage the Client's buildings' minimum regulatory compliance requirements for FM services, including identifying gaps in compliance.
- Deliver the asset maintenance management strategy for the FM services.
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills;
- Strong experience in relationship management with external clients and contractors with solid diplomacy and contract management focused on identifying and building key client relationships.
- Demonstrate an understanding of current technical legislation concerning the delivery of Facilities Maintenance Management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing/supervising the delivery of subcontractors;
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities;
