We're seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Account Leader to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in providing technical leadership and support to our valued clients.
**What you'll do**:
- Leverage your deep technical expertise (Wintel/Cloud focus with appreciation for Networking/EUC) to design and deliver solutions that meet client SLAs
- Champion NRI methodologies, ensuring all projects and processes adhere to the highest standards
- Oversee a team of onshore EUC and offshore L3 Wintel/Network BAU specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Proactively manage client infrastructure health, including backups, monitoring, and daily checks
- Foster strong, positive relationships with clients, NRI, and third-party vendors
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives, optimizing technical efficiency and client satisfaction
**What you bring**:
- Proven track record of leading and developing technical teams (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
- In-depth technical expertise across multiple platforms, with a focus on Wintel/Cloud technologies
- A keen understanding of Networking and EUC concepts
- Business acumen and emotional intelligence
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
- ITIL certification or experience working within an ITIL framework
- A certification in a major technical vendor technology (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, etc.)
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma or above) in an IT-related field
- Willingness to handle escalations on a 24/7 basis
