**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Identify and target potential customers in the manufacturing industry, specifically focusing on surface coatings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of the company's coating and construction chemicals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for business development.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing regular updates to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 6 years of successful sales experience in a similar role, selling additives, resins, pigments, and epoxy’s into manufacturer of Surface Coatings.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue within a designated territory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
