The People and Culture (P&C) team are on the lookout for a highly skilled and enthusiastic P&C Generalist to join their high performing and close knit team.

**A little bit about the role**:

- Facilitate an exceptional employee experience and be the first point of contact to provide advisory support for employees and Leaders, including general advice on employment matters and managing the resolution of HR related queries as well as Fair Work and modern award advice and interpretation.
- In consultation with Leaders, support with the drafting of formal documentation for performance management and conduct processes.
- Play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of P&C initiatives, projects, correspondence, training and other tasks as required.
- Support with the P&C reporting function, including but not limited to preparation, analysis and reporting of P&C metrics including, but not limited to, supporting the delivery of monthly and quarterly recruitment, people and WHS reporting.
- In conjunction with the Safety team, participate and provide advice in relation to workplace incidents and injuries as well as non work-related matters.

**A little bit about you**:

- ** Experienced HR pro?** With at least 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role, you're the HR expert we’ve been looking for
- ** HR qualifications?** If you’ve got a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, we’re thrilled to have you onboard
- ** Self-starter?** If you’re someone who can operate autonomously, using initiative and sound reasoning to make decisions, you’ll thrive here
- ** Efficiency expert?** If you can identify HR process improvements and suggest changes to boost efficiency, we’re all ears

- ** Great communicator?** You’ll be able to share your knowledge and communicate effectively with staff at all levels—no one’s left behind
