**Welcome to HIF - the Health Insurance Fund of Australia**

We’re a not-for-profit health fund with a national presence and a close-knit team of around 125 passionate people based right here in Perth. We’re currently looking for **eight full-time Member Service Advisors** to join our Member Experience team.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated team of leaders and colleagues who genuinely care about your success and wellbeing. To set you up for success, you’ll complete a **paid, full-time five-week induction program** at our Perth office, starting **Monday 4th August 2025**. This training will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to thrive in your new role.

**What We’re Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine interest in helping others
- Proficiency with computers - you’ll need at least intermediate skills with Outlook and Word, and confidence learning new systems
- Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic approach to conversations

**How We Support You**

We believe in giving our people the time and space to deliver high-quality, thoughtful service. While the industry standard for call centre adherence sits at 95%, we set ours at 85% - giving you meaningful breaks between calls so you can reset and bring your best to every interaction.

We also offer a significantly longer after-call wrap period than industry standard, ensuring you have the time to take accurate notes, process requests thoroughly, and properly support our Members without feeling rushed.
