**The Role**:
Our **Member Service Advisors (MSA's) **are at the forefront of our Member experience and are an integral first point of contact for our members both by phone and via digital channels. We’re looking for team members who are friendly, love speaking to customers, have an engaging style and are passionate about delivering great customer service. We value integrity and accountability and are looking for individuals who thrive on helping people and learning new skills.
You will get the opportunity to interact with people from all different walks of life and backgrounds and work with some incredible people who are passionate about their roles and HIF.
**Some other things that we are looking for include;**
- Have a positive outlook and a great work ethic
- The desire and ability to learn about Health Insurance products and be able to talk to our Members about them
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Know how to use a computer - including Word and Outlook
- Adaptable to change and resilient

Although we’re a national brand, we are a tight-knit team of 125 people, based in our Perth Headquarters.
