The Role:

We have exciting opportunities for experienced Baristas at our Lt Collins and Chadstone Venues. We are offering an exciting chance to work with an experienced, professional crew and a wide range of equipment in a progressive environment, this is a position for serious applicants only.

Specific hours are required:

  • Lt Collins hours, must be available to work 2 full days during the week and 1 weekend shift
  • Chadstone hours, must be available to work weekends and 2 days during the week including Thursday and Friday
  • Please do not apply if you require extended leave between December 2025 and January 2026

You'll be perfect for this role if you have:

  • A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
  • Exceptional barista skills (latte art, filter brewing, dialling in, troubleshooting etc.)
  • A strong work ethic with a customer-focus and positive attitude
  • The desire to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand
