**About The Role**

Cali Press are currently on the hunt for new Baristas who thrive in a fast paced environment, with a passion for health, Coffee, Customer service and a collaborative approach of leading an amazing Team.

**Essential Duties**
- Create lasting experiences for our customers with the purpose of improving their day with excellent service
- Engage with your team and customers alike to become a valued crew member
- Fast service across barista role and all rounder tasks with the ability to have fun while working hard
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality at all times
- 1-2 Years experience making coffee, preferably with a La Marzocco machine, and Allpress coffee

**Individual Requirements**
- Must have a minimum of 1 year previous experience as a head Barista to be considered.
- Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and work as team
- Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks and ordering for the Barista station
- Must be able to start shifts 6am
- Experience and Interest in health and nutrition is essential
- START DATE - As soon as possible

LOCATION: North Sydney

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
