Clinical Education Specialist

- ** Occasional travel to our Residential Aged Care Homes**

An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Education Specialist to join our collaborative and friendly Clinical Governance and Safe Care team.

Reporting to the Manager, Education, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering clinical education packages across our Residential Aged Care, Home & Community Services and Retirement Living business.

What will the role look like?
- Implement clinical education strategies and programs across all business units in line with organisational policies, procedures, and continuous improvement activities
- Review and design clinical education and training programs and other education initiatives
- Monitor and report compliance with mandatory training framework and recommend and implement remediation for identified areas of risk.
- Conduct internal Education Audits as directed, and more.
- Certificate 4 in Workplace and Assessment Training (or equivalent)
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Prior experience in aged care or in a comparable role and industry
- Proven experience in the **design** and delivery of learning and development (face to face and online training programs).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, record keeping & data entry.
- Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Quality accreditation standards.
- Ability to provide evidence of Covid19 Immunisations including booster prior to commencement
