**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and compare suppliers, strategically source materials, ensuring compliance with SEQ Standards and construction drawings.
- Estimate material quantities and provide detailed quantity take-offs for accurate procurement for sewer, water and stormwater construction.
- Manage procurement across multiple projects, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely delivery in line with project timelines.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships while capitalising on cost-saving opportunities.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks, coordinating purchase orders, track daily costs, and resolve procurement queries efficiently.

**About You**:

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the civil construction industry is highly regarded, but not essential
- Current driver’s license with reliable transport
