**Description**
- Ensure the program is performed to the safety and quality assurance standards of Hitachi, Sequence Alliance & Project Owner.
- Ensure the achievement of the targets on budget, on time (drive compliance to the Schedule), and on quality.
- Ensure Client relationships by ensuring a single & direct managerial interface with the client.
- Ensure data monitoring, reporting, and the achievement of the KPIs (internal company KPI).
- Achievement of Sequence KPIs (Safety Management, On Time Delivery, Whole System Integration, Network Disruption Mitigation, Operational Legacy, Stakeholders & Community).
- Management of Risk & Opportunities both in the Sequence Alliance and internal Hitachi Governance.
- Contribute to the DTMR Future Road Map in Queensland through the work of a think tank with DTMR, QR & CCRDA.
- Ensure the market opportunities are awarded through the Sequence Alliance for the SEQ Inner City Upgrades and all other ETCS L2 opportunities as per the DTMR, QR, and CRRDA future road map.
- Engaging Key Senior Stakeholders in QLD Government, DTMR, CRRDA and QR.
- Leading projects, tackling complex engineering problems and commercial issues throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensures thoroughly familiar with required contractual obligations and technical aspects of the program.
- Developing and maintaining a sound working relationship with all Sequence Alliance Participants, managing customer expectations solving issues, and identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Directs and reviews the overall planning of program activities to ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.
- Determines and reviews Sequence budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
- Prepares and/or reviews cost and risk analyses, including proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
- Prepares and/or reviews claims for Sequence Alliance to Project Owner.
- Provides and presents project status reviews to Hitachi management and client.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position, as may be appropriate.
