**What's the role on offer?**

Based on site in our Brisbane location, this full-time position reports to the Line Maintenance Planning Manager. As a **Line Maintenance Planner**, you will play a key role in ensuring all maintenance activities are accurately forecasted, planned, and monitored to meet operational and company requirements. Your role will include but is not limited to:

- Ensuring planned maintenance is completed per Alliance Airlines and third-party maintenance systems.
- Forecasting future maintenance needs and resource requirements.
- Compiling work packages and pre-planning maintenance visits.
- Assigning aircraft tails based on operational and maintenance needs.
- Monitoring and reporting on maintenance progress, costs, and schedules.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and costs.

**Who we are looking for**:

- A degree or diploma in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
