- As a Butler you will provide a remarkable end-to-end experience to VIP guests staying in the Villas and Mansions at Crown Towers. Reporting to the Butler Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating food and beverage service, handling guest requests and utilising problem-solving skills to deal with operational issues.
- To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Minimum 2 years fine dining Food & Beverage experience
- Proven extensive customer service experience
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service
- Flexible availability - casual position across a 24/7 roster
- Preferred Criteria:

- Hospitality qualification
- Language skills
- Luxury Hotel operations experience in a Frontline role
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
- Previous exposure to the VIP service industry

We have two part time positions available, one being permanent night shift with opportunities for future development.
