At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together.

As a Doorperson at Crown Towers you will be responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience through providing a warm welcome and departure, smooth loading and unloading of guest luggage, parking of guest cars and driveway management. Reporting to the Bell Captain, you will be located outside on the driveway at all times in anticipation of guests arrival.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Current WA unrestricted C class driver’s license
- Hotel operations experience
- Strong computer skills - particularly Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated experience in providing superior service standards and requirements
- Strong knowledge of Perth and surrounds
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and time management skills

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Hospitality or related qualification
- Hotel operations experience in a front line role
- Experience in a five star environment
