**Night Manager - Crown Towers**
Your mission: To create memorable experiences for customers and colleagues by managing the operations during the overnight period.

At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. As a Night Manager you will be responsible for operational supervision and administrative direction for guest service and internal customers during the overnight period in the absence of the Front Office Manager. You will ensure the safety and security of guests and ensure the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function.

Essential Criteria:

- Ability to commit to a 7 day overnight rotating roster between the hours of 10pm - 6.30am
- Hotel supervisory or management experience within a superior hotel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of the OPERA Property Management system or similar
- Strong customer service experience

Preferred Criteria:

- Hospitality or business-related qualification
