**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Initiative Lead, you will engage with key stakeholders to understand needs, define outcomes, capture requirements, and translate these into work for your team. This role involves working on multiple projects across various technology platforms, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Define problem spaces, target outcomes, and backlog structure for specific initiatives.
- Facilitate ongoing refinement, prioritisation, and replenishment of the project backlog based on business value or prioritisation frameworks.
- Create reports and presentations to effectively communicate and support initiative objectives.
- Ensure the delivery team focuses on high-value work to maximise stakeholder benefits.

**Who we are looking for**
Experience in software delivery within a large, complex organisation as a Product Owner or similar role, successfully using iterative/agile frameworks and practices to expedite value delivery.

You will also have:

- Qualifications with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant significant experience and/or education and training.
- Experience in developing Product roadmaps and managing Product backlogs with clear, value-driven requirements reflecting stakeholder needs.
- Experience with human centred design approaches to product design & delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and advocate for business value in prioritisation.
- Experience delivering in Salesforce technologies would highly desired.
