**How will I help?**

BT is the wealth management arm of the Westpac Group and has been helping Australians protect, manage, and grow their wealth since 1969. The Client Account Specialist is responsible for supporting our Advisors and their Clients to access and trade via our Panorama Wealth Platform. This role is responsible for the technical administration and relationship management to ensure our customers can exercise their trading strategies across Equities, Managed Funds and Managed Portfolios.

Service & Operations (S&O) forms part of the Customer Services business withing the Specialist Business Division of the Westpac Group. Our team’s key focus is on reconciliation, SuperStream reporting and User Access Governance. We aim to provide optimum levels of customer service by delighting our customers whilst remaining focused on maintaining & improving the risk profile of customer service delivery.

The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Working within Panorama Workflow to deliver all Customer Transactions, including, the setup, administration, and closure of Managed Funds
- Review and investigation of daily trading exception reports to ensure our settlement obligations are met
- Build relationships with external clients to support them in their understanding of the Panorama platform
- Working with clients to achieve self-service targets
- Proactively identify issues, problems and opportunities and contribute to potential solutions regarding Process Efficiencies
- Manage individual workflow to ensure all deadlines are met. Deadlines include intra-day legislative requirements, ASX requirements and Customer Service Delivery service standards
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors (including Investment Managers) to ensure smooth management
