Client Account Specialist - Customer Service

**How will I help?**
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of The Panorama team by processing superannuation and investment requests for our advisers and members, amendments to accounts, processing payments and correcting client information, etc. You will contribute to the overall success of the business through ownership, accountability and striving to achieve all the targeted goals of the team, as well as the wider Platforms & Investments business unit.
The Client Account Specialist will combine their exceptional customer focus, relationship management skills, problem solving skills, technical knowledge and professional behaviours to deliver a seamless experience for advisers and their clients interacting with the Panorama platform.
