**How will I help?**
The position is primarily responsible for dealing with all aspects of trading for Managed Funds to facilitate the accurate and timely completion of customer requests. You will resolve issues regarding incomplete, invalid or unclear transactions identified by our business partners.

**What do I need?**
- Aggregating buys and sells of Managed Funds across multiple platforms to send to Fund Managers
- Open and Close the business day
- Processing of Income Distributions
- Compile pricing for assets daily and monthly
- Produce reports using MS Excel and Access and in-house systems as required including reports for management and directors
- Identification and transformation of data from source systems
- Monitoring integrity of data sent to customers

To be successful in the role, we would look for (but not limited to) the following qualities:

- Data driven and analytical focus
- Enjoys acting as the liaison point for clarification on details, queries, questions, BTeP notes and product advice related to customer assists
- Ability to think laterally and “on your feet” to achieve an exceptional customer outcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and third party suppliers - primarily Fund Managers
- Enjoy working with Excel (knowledge of SQL would be fantastic)
- Strive for best possible outcome for business, customer and Genpact
- The drive to broaden your knowledge of our business
