**How will I help?**
The Back Office Middle Office (Client Account Specialist) will combine their exceptional customer focus, relationship management skills, problem solving skills, technical knowledge and professional behaviours to deliver a seemless experience for advisers and their clients interacting with the Panorama platform.
The BOMO team consultants will operate as Middle Office inbound call centre acting as a conduit between our Customer Relations team and the Operations arm of the Panorama Service Centre. Each consultant will act as a relationship manager between our external and internal customers.
In addition, you will bring highly developed call handling skills, seek problem resolution and case manage escalations. Technical skills and knowledge in the following areas are required to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience:
- Wealth industry practices
- ASX requirements and obligations
- Relationship management best practice
The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver a market leading experience for our customers
- Develop detailed knowledge of the Panorama platform and the products
- Build relationships with advisers and clients to support them in maximising their use and understanding of the Panorama platform
- Proactively identify opportunities for process and system enhancement
- Collaboratively manage team and individual workflow to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, between business units and with the Panorama program

**What do I need?**
We're keen to connect with Client Account Specialists, who are looking to make the move to a reputable bank. More specifically, we are looking for;
- Superior technical skills within wealth management and superannuation industries
- Working knowledge of ASX requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality output
- Previous experience in a customer service environment with demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
- Experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
