**About you
- Background in, or a strong understanding of supply chain planning
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process modelling and analysis tools is a plus.
- Communicate effectively and with influence with all levels of the organization. This includes being able to clearly articulate ideas, provide feedback, and explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
- Think strategically and provide guidance and direction to the team. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement, developing strategies to achieve business objectives, and providing innovative solutions.
- Possess strong analytical skills and be able to analyse data and identify trends and exception.
- Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complex scenarios
- Be part of a project team and work to tight deadlines
- Drive collaboration across business stakeholders, understand their needs and identify opportunities for process improvement

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of Planning, the S&OP Supply Planning Analyst will work to implement a Supply planning cycle and process at TGE, including:

- Establish operational supply capability levels for Labour, Site Handling, PUD and Linehaul
- Working with Operations to document supply capability across TGE and establish the monthly planning cycle meeting
- Set up, maintain, and test a transit matrix used for allocation of demand forecasts to depots and linehaul lanes
- Lead operations and other teams in the design and uptake of the S&OP process
- Design dashboards and analyse outputs
- Challenge and manage a diverse group of stakeholders and to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Identify potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
