**The Role**

This global FMCG business that is focused on sustainability and making an impact, they are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a
**S&OP Specialist to join their team.**
The position will focus on evolving planning methodologies to efficiently forecast and optimize the business.

**Head office is located in inner city Melbourne**, however their is great flexibility to WFH.

**Reporting to the head of planning and inventory** your responsibilities will include:

- Forecast & inventory plan promotions
- Document methodology for future products and launches
- NPD forecasting and inventory planning
- Document methodology for future products and launches
- Create framework in place for S&OP processes
- Work with supply chain partners to reduce risk & prep for success
- Assisting with ERP implementation

**Your Background**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Understanding of S&OP principles
- Understanding of retail channel
- Ability to navigate new channel start up
- The ability to work autonomously with internal and external to find solutions
