**About you**

This role would suit a sales or supply chain professional with solid analytical skills and experience in demand planning, ideally from Supply Chain, and
- Excellent Interpersonal skills - able to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with process modelling and analysis tools.
- An understanding of demand forecasting mechanisms & statistical techniques
- Ability to collect, organise, analyse, and interpret data.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Communicate effectively and with influence with all levels of the organisation.
- Think strategically, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing innovative solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Collaboratively works with stakeholders, understanding and identifying needs.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of Planning, the S&OP Demand Planner will work to implement an S&OP Demand planning cycle and process at TGE, including;
- Be part of a project team and work to deadlines.
- Challenge and manage a diverse group of stakeholders and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
- Lead teams in the design of the S&OP process for the sales department.
- Evaluate customers and determine relevant parameters to use in the forecasting process.
- Design account manager overlays to statistical forecasts to be built into the planning system, to capture churn, new business, market growth and other factors.
