**Job Description**:
The Receptionist provides a wide variety of essential support to the business, primarily acting as the first point of contact for SGS Australia for all stakeholders. The role requires high levels of administrative, organizational, and customer service skills. T**his is a 12 month maternity leave contract with the possibility for extension.**
Duties will include:
- Answer and direct all incoming switchboard calls to the appropriate staff member
- Meet and Greet all corporate visitors
- Monitor reception mailbox
- Coordinate site notifications
- Collect and process incoming and outgoing mail and freight as per procedure
- Update and maintain local and nationwide SGS phone/contact lists
- Assign and create access (swipe) cards for SGS Staff, Visitors and Guests
- Perform administrative duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Professional presentation suitable for front desk environment
