Kelsian Group is seeking a skilled **Salesforce Administrator** to manage, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and supports our strategic goals.
**About the Role**
As a **Salesforce Administrator,** you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and customisation of our Salesforce platform. From optimising workflows to managing integrations, your contributions will directly impact system performance, user satisfaction, and business efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will:
**System Maintenance & Administration**
- Conduct regular system audits and data quality checks.
- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Contribute to CRM team change reviews, enhancing governance and best practice standards.
- Administer Salesforce Platform deployments, automation, and utilise CI/CD tools (e.g., SFDX, GitHub, Bitbucket, Gearset).
**Customisation & Configuration**
- Customise Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and validation rules.
- Optimise the system for performance, usability, and alignment with business processes.
- Develop and maintain Lightning components, dashboards, and reports.
- Implement and maintain automation processes such as flows.
- Manage bulk data queries, creation, and update requests.
- Support production issues and requests by creating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist the business in developing insightful reports and dashboards.
**Data Integration & Development**
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and other operating systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and handle complex integration requirements.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging trends.
**Stakeholder Support**
- Work with internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximise platform adoption and efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and training materials.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201, Advanced Administrator).
- Salesforce administration experience.
- Proficiency with workflows, automation, and data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Excel).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies is highly regarded.
