Topcon Precision Agriculture (TPA) is a subsidiary of Topcon Positioning Systems Inc. (TPS). TPA develops and manufactures leading-edge satellite positioning and guidance systems, electronic controls, mapping, monitoring, and land leveling solutions for agriculture.
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing customer service to Dealers on matters relating to service repairs that can be critical in offering quick and accurate assistance to customers
- Initiate and organise 3rd Party Repairs with Vendors
- Maintain Product Warranty Registration
- Phone Support
- Support dealer and OEM with introductory training and processes
- Maintain all Salesforce administration including reporting, quoting, invoicing and RMA's
- Provide phone support for Dealers with issues concerning repairs, credits, warranty and Remanufactured products
- Investigate and process Credit Returns & Memo’s
- Organise 3rd Party documentation/freight for return of repairs to manufacturers
- Monitor KPI’s of repairs/credits to ensure they meet the nominated goals and provide progressive results at Service team meetings
- Create, Maintain and Issue Warranty Reimbursement Claims
- Update Warranty Registration
- Salesforce UAT testing as required
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Accurate Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Mathematical and numeracy skills
- Sound understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Problem-solving attitude with an attention to detail
- Excellent Time management and organisational skills
Experience required
- a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Salesforce required - or equivalent CRM/ERP
- a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clerical environment desirable
- a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Call Centre environment looked upon favourably
