**About the role**:
**Key Competencies**:
To succeed in the role, you will have:

- The ability to create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects.
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions and other Salesforce products.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration tools and other CRM platforms and technologies.

**Remuneration**:
Competitive salary $108,109 min to $116,864 max pa plus superannuation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Essential**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- **Desirable**: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator).

**Special Conditions**:

- The role will be offered full-time (1.0 FTE), ongoing.
- Satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check, National Police Check (NPC) and Working With Children Check (WWCC) required prior to employment.
