Working in a small and dynamic Marketing team within a large organisation gives each team member access to the business strategy and output. This enables each member of the Marketing team to have a voice and direct input into tactics enabling quick career growth and flexibility.
**About the Role**
Part time contract role for 6 months supporting our visual and content team with photography and videography of our aged care clients, team members and residences for our social and marketing channels.
This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a secure, part-time (3 days a week), Monday to Friday position with a company that values its team members, offers a supportive working environment, and has a genuine desire to develop its people. A hybrid role that will require you to travel to sites but can work from home when not shooting content.
**_ Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the following:_**
- Photography and videography of our aged care clients, team members and residences for our social and marketing channels
- Travel for location shoots when required
- Facilitate the collection of stories from Arcare’s aged care residences and ensure that they are suitable for publishing online and in print as a vehicle to promote our values and brand
- Support residences with technical advice and ideas to meet their story obligations
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Marketing team and wider business when required
**About You**
- DSLR/Mirrorless (Preferably mirrorless) Camera for stills photography and capable of shooting 4k video; Lenses of varying focal lengths; Tripod; Speedlight; Drone with ARN preferred but not required.
- An energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work independently but collaboratively with the team
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with people
- Think on your feet with flexibility and adaptability according to the moods and situations on site
- Sound organisation, time management skills
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or other image and video postproduction software is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, photography or journalism is preferred but not essential
- Valid Driver License with own a reliable car
